Expert-720 is large enough to be suitable for a small caterer. The sturdy construction, powerful gas burner, light weight and high-rimmed pan are a good combination. Allows you to prepare various dishes from both uncooked and pre-cooked ingredients. The pan can hold 20-30 portions, depending on what you are cooking in the pan. The flat bottom of the pan also makes it ideal for keeping food warm. When heated, the bottom of the pan becomes slightly concave in the middle. The 5 cm high rim of the pan also allows you to stew and steam food (under the lid), which is a big advantage compared to a pan with a low rim
