Transportation pricing starts €25 from the base price + €0,80/kmThe exact price depends on the destination, the volume of the order and the vehicle required for transportation. For larger orders, it may be necessary to use multiple vans or trucks.
If necessary, we will also take care of the installation of the equipment. The cost of installation depends on the volume of work, complexity and the size of the team required. When placing an order, you can conveniently indicate whether you want installation or will install the equipment yourself.

We recommend booking your inventory as early as possible. Demand is especially high during the summer season and December, and the most popular products may already be booked for the desired dates.
How much does transportation cost?
Transport pricing starts at a base price of €25, plus €0,80/km. The final price depends on the destination, order volume, and the number of vehicles required for transport. The exact transport cost will be stated in your quote.
Is transportation included in the rental price?
No. Transportation is added to the rental price depending on the destination and the volume of the order. Transportation pricing starts at a base price of €25 + €0,80/km. When placing an order at the checkout, you can choose Funrent transportation or pick up the inventory yourself.
Do you also install tents and equipment outside of Tallinn?
Yes. We install tents and other party equipment all over Estonia and, depending on the project, also in Latvia, Finland, the Baltics and all over Europe!
Is it possible to pick up the rental products yourself?
Yes. You can pick up most rental products yourself at our Tallinn office or Tartu office. By picking them up yourself, you save on transportation costs.

When can I pick up and return the rental products?
The Tallinn and Tartu offices are open Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00, closed Sat–Sun. Pick-up and return times are agreed upon according to the order.
If you only use 1 day on the weekend, you will pay for 1 day but can return it on Monday.
How long before the event should I reserve products?
The earlier you book, the more certain the inventory you want will be. Some products are in large quantities, while others are in limited quantities. We especially recommend booking early for the summer months and December, when demand is higher.
How to order rental products?
The easiest way is to select suitable products from the website and add them to the inquiry basket. When completing the form, you can choose the rental period, transportation, installation and whether you want a quote first or place an order. You can also contact us by email or directly contact a sales representative or project manager.
If I rent for a weekend, do I have to pay double?
The rental price depends on the number of days of use. The price displayed on the website is valid for 24 hours and each subsequent day of use costs 10% of the product rental price.
If you only use 1 day on the weekend, you will pay for 1 day but can return it on Monday.
Can individual products, such as a single table or chair, be rented?
Yes. You can rent individual products as well as all the equipment needed for an event from Funrent.
What happens if a planned event is canceled?
If you cancel your order 9–5 calendar days before the event, you will be charged 25% of the total order cost. If you cancel 4–1 calendar day before the event, you will be charged 50%. If you cancel one calendar day before the event or on the day of the event, you will be charged 75% of the total order cost.
Can an order be confirmed by phone?
We prefer to confirm the order in writing. This way, the content of the order, quantities, dates and other agreements are clearly understood by both parties. Place your order online, we will call you if you have any questions!
How is payment made?
You can pay by bank transfer based on the invoice, and at our offices you can also pay by card or in cash.
Does Funrent also offer installation?
Yes. When placing your order, you can choose whether you want installation service. The price of installation depends on the inventory, scope of work, complexity, and size of the team required.
Do dishes need to be washed before returning them?
No. The tableware rental price includes our laundry.
Do tablecloths and chair covers need to be washed before being returned?
No. The rental price for tablecloths and chair covers includes our laundry.
