BasicThe -720 is large enough to accommodate a small caterer. Sturdy construction, a powerful gas burner, light weight and a high rim pan are a good combination. Allows you to prepare a variety of dishes from both uncooked and pre-cooked ingredients. The pan can accommodate 20-30 portions depending on what you are cooking. The flat bottom of the pan is also ideal for keeping food warm. When heated, the bottom of the pan becomes slightly concave in the middle. The 5 cm high rim of the pan also allows for stewing and steaming (under the lid), which is a big advantage compared to a pan with a low rim.
