A classic two-chimney BBQ smoke oven for unforgettable cooking experiences. BBQ The food prepared with this method is juicy, natural and smoky. Wood as a heating material ensures the best taste.
The Q -1000 is the oven for the serious fan or professional caterer and is easy to handle and maintain. Engineered to the finest detail, with all the accessories a connoisseur or lover could need. Maintains a very stable temperature and humidity level, ensured by the two chimneys and the heat conducted to the centre. The heat is regulated by air flow through the flue dampers and oven door - closing them allows the oxygen supply to be stopped and the temperature to be easily controlled. The furnace material is 3 mm steel, which in our experience is the most optimal - it ensures a stable temperature and the furnace itself is still man-portable (100 kg).
The Q-Series has won first place at Grillfest, various BBQ championship stages, second place at the Grillstock Festival in England, and has also participated in the BBQ European Championships, where it finished in the top ten.
The Q-series has been used in over 300 barbecue training sessions (instructor Enn Tobreluts, BBQ European Champion), proving its durability and reliability.
The Q-series ovens are also used to train young chefs in Tallinn Service School, Haapsalu Vocational Education Centre and Finnish vocational schools.
2015 updates:
- an intermediate tube with a 50% higher capacity between the heating and baking furnace, which ensures faster heating of the furnace and significantly less sooting due to the increased oxygen supply;
- the thermometer is mounted on the lid of the oven, not under the chimney as on older models. The thermometer on the lid allows for more convenient temperature monitoring and allows the temperature inside the oven to be measured from the centre of the oven.
The stove can also be used as a charcoal grill, for which we have developed a special charcoal bath. The charcoal pan must be placed at the bottom of the flue to grill, first removing the grease trays. The special shape of the charcoal pan and the perforation of the material ensure that the charcoal stays 'bright'. Both charcoal and briquettes can be used for grilling. The charcoal can be 'produced' in the firebox by burning wood before grilling, which produces charcoal. You can also use a combination cooking method - the coals provide the heat in the charcoal pan and a couple of woods burn in the firebox. The result is a quick and lightly smoky grilled dish.
What can you bake in Q-Series ovens?
Wood as a classic heating material for barbeque cooking always guarantees a good and natural taste. It depends on your imagination, but classic BBQ dishes include ribs, neck and fillet cuts, cod, whole carcasses and fish. BBQ Fish cooked in this way is becoming increasingly popular, and the reason is simple: the result is much more succulent than when smoked in a classic smoker. Salmon, bream, perch, trout and salmon - all Estonian fish that taste great when smoked are even better when cooked using the BBQ method! While cooking meat using the BBQ method is a relatively lengthy process, cooking fish takes 20-30 minutes on average.
BBQ The oven (and the cooking method) allows you to prepare a real party hit (e.g. culinary ribs, various fish) from simple and affordable ingredients.
What does food taste like in the BBQ oven?
BBQ is juicy, natural and smoky. The intensity of the smoky flavour depends on a number of factors: the temperature and humidity level in the oven, the raw materials used to prepare the food, the amount of extra smoke, the wood used for heating and the cooking time.
