How long before the event should I reserve products?
The earlier, the more certain it is that the corresponding products will be available by the corresponding date. It also depends on the specifics of the products. Some products have thousands (e.g. furniture), some only a few. It also depends a lot on the dates, e.g. there are a lot of orders in the summer months, as well as in December, during Christmas events.

How long is the right of return valid for products sold?
Purchased goods can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

What happens if a planned event is canceled?
When making a reservation, we issue a prepayment invoice of 30% of the total amount. If you notify us of the cancellation 14 days in advance, we will refund the prepayment. Unfortunately, in the event of a later cancellation, the prepayment is generally not refundable.
Can the order be confirmed by phone?
We prefer that the order be submitted in writing (by email or completed on site) - this way we avoid the possibility of errors.
How is payment made?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, on-site by card or in cash.
